 Margo Venable

Secretary

Meet Margo

I’m a certified life and career coach with a background in law enforcement, born and raised in the heart of Richmond, Virginia. As the third of eight siblings and a proud product of the inner city, my roots have shaped my deep commitment to community and personal transformation.

Over the years, I’ve helped individuals facing tough life challenges reclaim their strength, purpose, and direction. Whether someone is starting over, feeling stuck, or simply needs guidance, I use practical strategies, spiritual balance, and unwavering support to help them move forward.

As a mother, nana, friend, and confidant, I believe in the power of second chances and the importance of building healthier, stronger communities—one life at a time.
